Currently, the problem is localized, and it is very likely that the cylinder head gasket is damaged. Steam comes from the exhaust pipe.
Apparently, that after eliminating the defect, an additional adjustment of the KE-Jetronic will be required, since the last adjustments were made on the damaged engine.
